REBECCA HARDING
Rebecca established Australia’s first scoliosis specific physiotherapy practice, located in Melbourne, called ‘Scoliosis Physiotherapy’.
Graduating in 1996, she is a highly experienced physiotherapist with close to 30 years’ experience. Her last 15 years have been working purely in the field of structural scoliosis and juvenile kyphosis.
Rebecca is the Asia Pacific Regional Manager of the Rigo Concept Teaching group and is an international scoliosis course provider, training physiotherapists, orthotists and doctors across the Asia-Pacific region in scoliosis management.
Rebecca has given podium presentations for her research on idiopathic scoliosis at the Spine Society of Australia’s (SSA) national conference (2016) and the International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Treatment (SOSORT) conference (2020), where she presented her research on adolescent scoliosis bracing. In 2016 and 2019, Rebecca presented on the same topic for the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Rebecca has been working in the field of scoliosis since 2010, and prior to this was heavily involved in the Pilates industry, being an examiner and course provider for the Australian Pilates Method Association.
