Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania hosted me, Rigo Concept teacher Amy Sbihli, MPT, DPT, to teach 10 therapists from various outpatient orthopedic and pediatric outpatient sites in their region.

The therapists had many questions about how to approach the management and treatment of scoliosis across disciplines (bracing and medical), ages groups, with multiple co-morbidities, and various scoliosis severities.

Throughout the week we talked through these different types of scoliosis cases that arise. We found great value in using our time together to combine lecture and hands on lab time for practicing clinical assessment, radiological assessment, and the Rigo Concept scoliosis treatment.

I am so thrilled that Lehigh Valley Hospital is now equipped with physical therapists who can provide access to non surgical scoliosis treatment for those who are seeking physical therapy for scoliosis management and treatment.
